Sometimes, the most incredible destination weddings happen on a whim. We had a very short lead time for Stephanie and Kyle—just about a month from their first email to their wedding day!
The couple was already traveling to Ireland from Missouri to hike the famous Kerry Way for an adventure holiday. They quickly realized that there was no better way to elevate their trip than by getting married while they were here.

For an outdoorsy couple, an elopement in Killarney National Park was the ultimate choice. Not only did it fit perfectly into their Kerry Way hiking itinerary, but the rugged, natural landscape was exactly their vibe.

On the morning of their elopement, Stephanie and Kyle got ready separately, ensuring they could share a private and emotional “first look” before their ceremony.

Their celebrant, Ray O’Sullivan, helped them craft a deeply meaningful and personalized ceremony. They exchanged their vows privately by the lakeside, surrounded by water in the foreground and the epic, rolling mountains of Killarney National Park in the distance.

Following the ceremony, the couple explored the national park with their wedding photographer, Konrad Paproki. They captured stunning, romantic wedding portraits among the historic ruins of Muckross Abbey, blending Ireland’s rich history with their adventurous love story.
