Elopement to an Intimate Family Wedding
Contacting us over a year ahead of their Summer trip to Ireland, Krista planned well ahead for her elopement with her fiance and {adorable} little boy. What she didn’t expect is that her elopement would turn into an intimate family wedding for 14!
Everyone she told wanted to come to Ireland and share the day with them. And who could blame them right?!?
We set ahead with her dream of a ceremony outside in a historic and ancient castle ruins. Wild and covered in greenery. However, because the couple wanted a legal wedding, none that we looked at seemed to fit the bill so we turned to more modern castles and amazing manor houses. Still historic and impressive, still being able to have rustic photos and the ancient castle ruins could be party of their photos also.
She settled on 300 year old Bantry House overlooking Bantry Bay in the south west of Ireland on the Wild Atlantic Way. It gave them enough accommodation for everyone to stay, was elegant and historic, had manicured gardens and wilder woodlands and grounds for Krista. Also, it was near a castle ruins for those important after photos.
After a smooth relaxed planning process Krista, Jason and Reece, all looked gorgeous on the day as the couple, literally, tied the knot.

The boys wore matching Converse All Star tennis shoes in black tie in honour of the occasion!
Cue the castle ruins, rugged scenery and history that was so important!
What a fabulous day they had and it was a pleasure to be a part of their intimate family day!
